  • Do we do embroidery and printing?
    • Yes. This is all completed in-house.
  • Can you supply your own shirts and embroider or print or do we supply our own shirts?
    • We manufacture shirts and can supply you with anything you need. We do not accept outside garments.
  • What is the minimum order quantity?
    • This is dependent on the type of product. We do offer 1 offs for some processes at a higher cost.
    • For sublimated garments, a minimum of 10 is required.
    • Please call for other branding processes with details to check if we can do a one off.
  • How much does embroidery or printing cost?
    • We work this out individually to each order depending on the size of the logo and how many positions are required for the logos.
  • What type of products do we offer?
    • We are manufacturers andĀ suppliers of Teamwear, Medical Scrubs, workwear, corporate wear, hospitality wear.
  • Can we order gear for our sports team?
    • Yes you certainly can. We supply on-field and off-field apparel to all codes of sport. We manufacture in Australia and we have an offshore service.
  • Can we order samples or do we have to come in to the store to look at samples?
    • Yes, we have sales representatives on the road all the time ready to come and meet with any client anywhere.
  • What is the turnaround time on embroidered or printed products?
    • This varies throughout our busy and quiet times however it is usually 2-3 weeks.
  • What is the turnaround time on teamwear?
    • For Australian Made we have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks.
    • Offshore manufacturing would take 8-10 weeks.
  • What are our opening hours?
    • We are open Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
  • Can we design logos?
    • We have wonderful graphic designers that can design your logo for a fee.
  • How much does it cost to design a logo?
    • We charge from $180 plus, depending on the logo, how long it takes and the changes made to it by the customer.
