Returns for Credit Replacement Policy
ZBR Zibara will not offer a refund or return if you simply change your mind.
Goods will only be refunded if faulty and no replacement is available.
Please follow the procedure below if your item is faulty or unusable:
* If goods you receive are damaged in transport and you will not accept delivery please sign consignment note 'GOODS DAMAGED NOT ACCEPTABLE'
* If you receive a consignment with a package missing please mark consignment note 'ONE (1) PARCEL MISSING'
* A RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER is to be obtained from ZBR Zibara prior to any goods returned.
* ZBR Zibara will not pay for freight on any returned goods.
* All claims for damages must be notified to ZBR Zibara within ten (10) days of receipt of goods. Any notification after this period will not be entitled to be credited.
